A native of Fiuggi, Italy, Chef Mirko has joined Grand Hill Broumana with one vision in mind: to create an exploratory gastronomic Italian experience for his guests, regardless of their own origin. A globetrotter with more than two decades mastering his cuisine, Chef Mirko has studied and practiced his craft in Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Portugal, Thailand and South Africa.
